Please Enjoy This Sweet Photo of Pilot Peter and His Family on Vacation
Allow all of that “Bachelor in Paradise” drama to wash away.
This past week has been inundated with “Bachelor in Paradise” drama, so much so that it feels like Hannah Brown’s season of “The Bachelorette” ended a year ago. In reality, it’s only been about a week and a half.
That means it’s also been a week and a half since Pilot Peter Weber graced our television screens after being on it for weeks at a time. From the looks of it, Peter has been enjoying a relaxing getaway with his family ever since he appeared on the first part of the two-night “The Bachelorette” finale.
Peter hasn’t posted much on social media since then, but a few days after his reunion with Hannah Brown, he shared a picture of himself on a lake.
“Happy place,” he captioned it.
According to Peter’s most recent Instagram post from Thursday, he and his family are jetting back to California after spending quality time together. He posted a selfie that includes himself, his brother Jack (who took the picture), his dad Peter, and mom Barbara all smiling in front of a Delta Airlines sign at the Albany International Airport. He wrote, “Summer ‘19 with the fam in the books! NY -> LA.”

It’s a picture filled with so much joy that one can almost forget that “Paradise” has been “a dumpster fire” thus far.
Peter’s parents won over everyone’s hearts when he brought Hannah home to Westlake Village, California, and at the finale. During the Hometown Dates episode, Peter’s dad was moved to tears at seeing his son so in love. Peter Sr. tearfully told Peter, “I only want the best for you.”
Peter Sr., you definitely weren’t the only one crying at that moment!
At the finale, Barbara and Peter Sr. became even more beloved by Bachelor Nation fans when they cheered for Hannah announcing she and Peter “did it” in the windmill four times — not just two.
Though Peter didn’t end up with his happily ever after on the show, he’s still hopeful for his romantic future. He told Rachel Lindsay and Ali Fedotowsky-Manno on their first episode of “Bachelor Happy Hour with Rachel & Ali” that he would “100%” consider being the next Bachelor if asked to do it.
“I would love that. Absolutely,” he told the hosts. “I have been through this experience. I know it works. I have fallen in love.”
