Wells Adams & Sarah Hyland Celebrate Their 'Fake Wedding' Day
Wells Adams should have been a married man by now. Coronavirus, however, had other plans.
Wells and his fiancée Sarah Hyland were supposed to wed Sunday, August 9, but instead of tying the knot, they took some cute, wedding-like photos. Both Wells and Sarah shared pictures on social media from their photo shoot in a vineyard. He wore a white button-down shirt and khaki pants, while Sarah donned a white crop top and pants, sun hat, and veil.
He captioned the picture, "We were supposed to get married today. We didn’t. But I still got to grab a butt. So, ya know, still pretttty cool."
She shared a similar photo, writing, "A couple, a pandemic, & a postponed wedding: A series. We were supposed to get married today. Instead... we took pictures and drank wine. I love you to Pluto & back."

On Tuesday, Wells posted another picture, but this time Sarah had on a white strapless dress and carried a bouquet of flowers.
"Fake wedding. Real cute," he captioned it.

The beloved "Bachelor in Paradise" bartender and his fiancée announced their engagement July 16, 2019 after he popped the question in Fiji. In October, they celebrated their future nuptials with a star-studded engagement party featuring a Prosecco bar, custom cocktails, and more.
In July, a few days after their one-year engagement anniversary, Wells and Sarah opened up to People about their decision to postpone their wedding.
She explained they opted to put off their big day because they "want to be able to focus on what's important right now, and that's helping to spread information to wear masks and to only go out for essential needs and also take a really big look inside yourself and reflect on how you treat others."
Sarah also said she has been focusing on "political things rather than wedding things."
Wells has called the extra at-home time with his fiancée "wonderful," adding, "It's been nice to get to know her on a deeper level. Before, we were working so much that it was a little bit like ships passing in the night. It's been nice to keep falling in love with Sarah."
