Clare Crawley Vows to 'Rise Above the Negativity' in Candid Post About Life Post-'Bachelorette'
There's more to Clare Crawley than meets the eye, and she's letting it be known.
Clare posted a long statement on Instagram over the weekend and got candid about not judging her based on the snippets we see on our television and phone screens.
She took a selfie in the mirror that shows her sitting cross-legged on a bench wearing black leggings and a pink cropped sweatshirt.
Clare's note began, "Hi. It’s me, Clare. Not Clare that you have seen edited on your television or social media squares. But the human one with feelings, insecurities, emotions, and a normal life just like you. And just like you, I’m going through things, big and small, that all of us experience at some point or another."

Clare acknowledged that she, too, can be "shy and awkward or even fighting off my anxiety" just like the rest of us.
"There are good days and bad days," she wrote. "Being on reality TV doesn’t exempt me (or any of us) from that. I will always do my best to rise above the negativity and find the positive, but I am not superhuman."
The Sacrament, California, native asserted at the end of her statement, "So when you choose to pass judgements without knowing someone personally or even something as small as a snide comment, please remember just like you, I am simply trying my best❤️"
Many of Clare's Bachelor Nation friends came to her support, including her fiancé Dale Moss. He commented, "You are never alone and your strength, love and passion has and will continue to help so many out there who may be afraid to share their struggles. I love you ❤️"

Right after Thanksgiving, she posted a video of them on Instagram that showed the couple frolicking and running in and out of the ocean. At the end of the clip, she runs and jumps into his arms.
On Sunday, Clare posted a video on her Instagram Story thanking everyone for their support. She said, "I wasn’t trying to state the obvious, but I just felt like we could use a little reminder to have some compassion to everybody. Know what we don’t all talk about everything that’s going on, but we’re all going through things at different magnitudes."
Clare added, "Regardless of what it is, even if it’s something big or small, everyone has their stuff that they’re going through, and we don’t know from the outside looking in."
