Tayshia Adams Predicts When She & Zac Clark Will Tie the Knot
Are those wedding bells we hear? On the latest episode of “Click Bait with Bachelor Nation,” Tayshia Adams opened up to her co-hosts, Joe Amabile and Natasha Parker, and guest Wells Adams about when she and fiancé Zac Clark might tie the knot.
“Honestly, if it was up to Zac, we would be married already,” said Tayshia, who accepted a proposal from the handsome addiction specialist at the end of her run as the Season 16 Bachelorette. “He’s ready to go.”
However, the Orange County, California, native — who recently moved into Zac’s New York City apartment — wants to enjoy their engagement a bit longer before exchanging vows. “I don’t know. I’m going to slow-date him now,” she said. “We’re just going to kind of take it slow for a hot minute. I’m doing the whole bicoastal thing now.”
Still, Tayshia predicted that it won’t be too long before she walks down the aisle. “We’ll probably get married in like a year or so. Give us a year,” she continued. “Not 2021. Maybe 2022.”
Just last week, Tayshia updated Bachelor Nation on her new life with Zac. After the “Bachelorette” finale aired in December, the couple fled the West Coast for the Big Apple, where they celebrated the holidays together and have been enjoying getting to know each other off camera.
“I have just been so excited just to live life and not go a hundred miles an hour [and] live a double life and be in secret,” she said in a December 29 Instagram Story video, expressing relief over the fact that she no longer has to keep her relationship with Zac under wraps. “I’ve been so distracted just being in the same house as Zac, which is so bizarre to me.”
Tayshia added, “For the longest time, we would do FaceTime for hours on end. The time difference and our schedules were just so off that as soon as it hit 6 o’clock over there [in California] and 9 o’clock here [in New York], we’d just be on the phone for three or four hours. That was when we had to catch up. It’s so surreal that we can just be out in the open.”
