The Drama Goes Up a Gear on Tonight's Episode of 'The Bachelor': Watch
Buckle up, Bachelor Nation! The drama is going up a gear on “The Bachelor” Season 25, as seen in a preview for tonight’s episode.
Of course, Matt James’ contestants are still reeling over the unexpected arrival of “Bachelor” alum Heather Martin. During last week’s installment of the show, the blonde beauty — who previously competed for Colton Underwood’s heart on Season 23 in 2019 — turned up to Pennsylvania’s Nemacolin Woodlands Resort for a shot with Matt.
“You guys don’t know me at all,” Heather tells the women, to which Pieper James claps back, “Do you know Matt at all?”
Heather hasn't met Matt before, but the two share a mutual friend in Season 15 Bachelorette Hannah Brown. According to Heather, it was Hannah who convinced her to give things a go with the handsome lead.
Still, it seems as though her presence is unwanted by Matt’s original suitresses. “Like, b--ch, what are you doing?” a visibly frustrated Kit Keenan asks.
“This virus, she’s coming in,” Serena Chew says elsewhere. “She’s infecting the whole system.”
Abigail Heringer seems exhausted by the drama as she buries her face into her hands and sighs in a confessional, “Oh, my God.”
In another moment, Heather appears to be devastated by the cold reactions she received from her castmates, whom she tearfully describes as “so mean.”
“This feels like a dagger to the chest,” Kit tells the camera, while a mysterious voice adds, “No one has any idea where Matt’s head is at.”
Meanwhile, Rachael Kirkconnell teases contention with another woman in the house. “If he chooses her over me, it’s over,” she says.
Later, Matt and Jessenia Cruz are seen enjoying what appears to be a thrilling car-racing one-on-one date.
Another scene shows Matt and Kit engaged in a heart-to-heart. “You mean a lot to me,” he tells the gorgeous fashion entrepreneur. “I don’t want you to go.”
Next, an unidentifiable voiceover states, “Everything that he said that he felt for me has been a lie.”
Though it’s unclear what she is referring to, a crestfallen Pieper cries out, “What was the point of that?”
“My heart’s going in another direction,” Matt says before another clip shows him closing the door to a departing SUV.
Watch the sneak peek below — and see how it all plays out when “The Bachelor” airs Monday on ABC at 8 p.m. ET.
