The Bachelor Nation stars’ franchise friends flooded the comments section of Kevin’s post with sweet messages for Astrid.
“Happy Birthday Astrid!” wrote “Talking It Out” podcast co-host Bryan Abasolo, while John Paul Jones left a series of praise-hands emojis.
Meanwhile, Astrid’s fellow “Bachelor” Season 21 alum Alexis Waters showed love for her in an Instagram Story post. “Happy birthday to my partner in crime for life (sorry you can’t get rid of me),” Alexis quipped.
“Bachelor Happy Hour” podcast co-host Rachel Lindsay also gave Astrid a shout-out on her Story. “Happy Birthday!!!!” the Season 13 Bachelorette wrote alongside a throwback clip in which the women tearfully say goodbye to each other at an airport. “Miss you friend. This is my all-time favorite video of you and how I feel every time I leave.”
Astrid’s special day comes just weeks after she and Kevin revealed exciting plans for 2021: getting married and starting a family. The adorable pair — who reside in Toronto, Canada — opened up about their goals in a January “True or False”-themed Q&A on Kevin’s Instagram Story.
“Do we want babies soon?” Kevin asked, reading a fan’s question, to which his future wife enthusiastically replied, “Yes, please!”
Astrid and Kevin — who met and fell in love during the summer of 2018 on Season 5 of “Bachelor in Paradise” — have been engaged since August 2019. Though they had plans to tie the knot on November 13, 2020, in Astrid’s native Florida, they were forced to readjust due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the deadly Tropical Storm Eta. Now, they are set to exchange vows this November.
