You glow, girl! Tayshia Adams recently unveiled her nighttime skin care routine for Harper’s Bazaar, sharing her top tips, tricks, and go-to products.

“I definitely have combination skin,” the Season 16 Bachelorette said in her video tutorial. “I’m usually more dry around the T-zone area and this is usually the area that I do break out in. It’s generally hormonal acne.”

Tayshia then admitted that she is “very careful” about what products she uses. “I really don’t test out too many things,” she said. “So, when I say I use something, it’s because it’s tried and true and it’s a good one to go to and it won’t break you out — because I’ve tested it.”

Some of Tayshia’s favorite lotions and potions? The stunning Orange County, California, native said that La Mer’s Cleansing Foam face wash, SkinCeuticals Blemish + Age Defense serum, SkinCeuticals Hydra Blam moisturizer, and Goop Beauty Goopgenes All-in-One Nourishing Eye Cream all take up space in her bathroom cabinet.

“With skin care, I definitely have learned what to use through trial and error just because I feel like my skin is so incredibly sensitive that I feel like I cannot use what everybody else is using,” Tayshia explained.

The “Click Bait” podcast co-host said that she also relies on monthly laser facials to help keep her face feeling fresh. “That’s what I feel like really helps the skin feel really clean and helps the texture a lot, my complexion, a lot of the discoloration, and any breakouts.”

Elsewhere, Tayshia said she prioritizes lip care — which her fiancé, Zac Clark, certainly appreciates.

“Another thing that I like to do is exfoliate my lips. I can’t have chapped lips to kiss my man, you know what I mean? I’m trying to keep that spark alive. It’s new. So, I want to be baby-soft for that,” she said, noting that she is currently obsessed with The Lip Scrub by Sarah Happ. “And it is pomegranate, and it smells so freaking good.”

Toward the end of Tayshia’s instructional clip, after applying layers of skin care products, she joked, “I gotta say, I like looking like a glazed doughnut before I go to bed, you know what I mean?”
