Aloha! Arie Luyendyk Jr. and Lauren Burnham are planning a move to Hawaii, which the couple revealed in a YouTube video published on Friday.
The pair — who have been enjoying a babymoon in Hawaii — gave a tour of their new Maui home, which sits atop a hill and features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an expansive deck with breathtaking views of the ocean.
“We’re going to make all these memories here. We’re going to have the best life. It’s going to be like the perfect spot to raise our little babies; it’s going to be cool,” Arie said in the clip.
“I’ve always dreamed of having little beach babies and just having little blondies running around in the sand,” added Lauren, who is currently pregnant and expecting twins — a boy and a girl — with Arie. “I finally get to do that, so I’m so excited!”
Maui is a special place for the franchise stars, as they got married on the romantic island in January 2019, one year after falling in love on “The Bachelor” Season 22. While they are thrilled to plant roots in Hawaii, Arie and Lauren — who already share daughter Alessi, 21 months — will keep their house in Scottsdale, Arizona.
“Lauren told me when we first got together, ‘I’m fine with living in Arizona as long as we can escape to the beach,” Arie recalled. “So now we bought a house in Hawaii. And now we’re doing it, so this is like a dream for us. We’re really excited.”
