Natasha then listed six tried-and-true declarations that she intones to manifest good vibes. Now, take a deep breath and recite the following lines to ensure your own inner peace:

As fans of Natasha are well aware, the franchise star consistently practices self-love through affirmations, yoga, and meditation. During a November episode of her “Click Bait” podcast, the certified meditation teacher explained why regularly taking a mindful pause is a crucial part of maintaining her mental health.
“I need to work this out in my brain first and then I can talk to someone,” Natasha told co-hosts Tayshia Adams and Joe Amabile, detailing how she typically quells anxiety. “I’ve had times where I’ve said the wrong thing too quickly because I was anxious about something. I need to collect it, figure it out, meditate on it.”
