Katie Thurston Wants to Figure Out Who Her 'Person' Is in Latest 'Bachelorette' Teaser: Watch
As Katie Thurston’s relationships progress, her journey as the Season 17 Bachelorette is becoming increasingly difficult to navigate.
A preview for the Monday, July 19, episode sees the reigning franchise lead trying to figure out who her “person” is — and whether he’s worthy of her final rose.
“I’ve always said I want a good guy. Then I get handed a group of them,” she tearfully tells the camera. “I want to narrow in on who my person is.”
At one point, Katie is seen enjoying a steamy makeout session in the pouring rain with First Impression Rose recipient Greg.
“I think that I found the love of my life,” the handsome contestant is heard saying.
Elsewhere, Katie and Mike P. spend quality alone time together as they discuss their connection. “I’d rather have my heart broken a hundred times over than break somebody’s heart,” the gym owner whispers into Katie’s ear.
Later, Andrew S. seems to express doubt about where he stands with Katie. “I don’t want to put so much into this and it all be for naught,” the pro football player says in a confessional before addressing Katie directly: “I really am [falling for you].”
Next, Michael A. confidently tells Katie, “No one can love you like I can.”
Katie then ponders the challenges ahead. “At this point, each rose I give out means Hometowns,” she says, her voice trembling with emotion. “This is so hard. There is this possibility of sending home the wrong person.”
Finally, Katie is seen sobbing into her hands while stating in a voiceover, “The one thing that’s keeping me going is the hope that this is all worth it in the end.”
The final men left in the competition for Katie’s heart are Greg, Mike P., Andrew S., Michael A., Brendan, and Justin.
