Peter Weber Reveals the Inspiration Behind His New Children's Book 'The Adventures of Pilot Pete'
This one’s sure to fly off bookshelves!
Peter Weber headed over to Instagram on Wednesday to celebrate his landmark 30th birthday with an exciting announcement: He wrote a children’s book inspired by his lifelong love of aviation.
“This is a special birthday for me :) I’m so excited to share with you all my first book, The ‘Adventures of Pilot Pete,’” the United Airlines commercial pilot wrote, accompanied by a video clip of himself holding the book, as well as photos of its front and back covers. “I’ve been working on this for the last year and it follows my first love story, Aviation.”
Peter continued, “My hope is this book will inspire not only children, but everyone to chase after those dreams and never give up until you reach them! It is all possible!”

A synopsis for “The Adventures of Pilot Pete” reads: “Pete was only 5 years old when he first flew in an airplane — and his dad was the pilot! From that moment on, he knew he wanted to be a pilot, too. But he also knew he could only reach his dream with many years of hard work, and with help from friends and family along the way. Follow The Adventures of Pilot Pete: based on the inspirational, true-life story of ‘The Bachelor’s’ Peter Weber.”
The Season 24 lead — whose own father, Peter Weber Sr., is a veteran commercial pilot — went on to say that pre-orders for the book are now available, including first edition signed copies.
