Kaitlyn Bristowe Reveals How She Balances Her Successful Businesses and Shares Her Entrepreneurial Advice
Since her time as a contestant on “The Bachelor” back in 2015, Kaitlyn Bristowe has become a major star.
From being the Bachelorette to hosting “The Bachelorette” — and having her own podcast, running her own wine label, winning “Dancing with the Stars,” and more — Kaitlyn seems to have it all figured out.
And on top of all of that, she also has a thriving relationship with her fiancé and fellow Bachelor Nation alum, Jason Tartick.
The former Bachelorette stopped by the “Talking It Out with Bachelor Nation” podcast and revealed how she balances all of her responsibilities.

Kaitlyn candidly admitted that she certainly doesn’t do it all on her own, saying that she can be a “mess of a human being” sometimes.
Thankfully, Kaitlyn said, she can delegate to her great support team when she takes on too much.
“I am so, so grateful and bow down to my team all the time because I wouldn’t be able to survive if I didn’t have this team around me. It’s a lot and it’s all stuff I love doing, so it’s hard for me to say no to things that I love when I probably should say no for my mental health,” Kaitlyn said.
She is about to embark on another live tour for her successful “Off the Vine” podcast, and while Kaitlyn said that her listeners truly “feel like family,” the touring process can also be taxing.
“I love connecting with the listeners. I feel like the ‘Off the Vine’ family genuinely feels like family. We talk about such deep things on the Facebook page, and when I see them in person, it’s just so cool to feel like you can connect with these people you don’t get to see every day, who listen to you every day. It’s so draining, but I can’t say no because I love it so much,” Kaitlyn explained.

When it comes to how she balances it all, Kaitlyn admits that she’s no expert.
She said, “I need to have more balance and say no to things sometimes, but it’s just so hard when you love what you do.”
Co-hosts Bryan Abasolo and Mike Johnson chimed in and asked Kaitlyn what advice she has for other entrepreneurs or business owners who look to her as inspiration.
The former Bachelorette explained that she’s a fan of letting the universe do its thing when it comes to achieving your dreams.
Kaitlyn said, “I am the biggest believer in karma. Karma has no deadline, so be a good person and good things will happen to you. I am such a believer in that. I am also a crazy manifester. If it’s certain moons, I’ll write down my goals for the year. I will charge my crystals.”

She also added that she manifested going on “Dancing with the Stars,” saying, “I had a picture of a Mirrorball in my mirror and I would look at it all the time and just imagined myself in those situations and believed that I could do them. That’s my advice: You just have to believe in the fact that you can do these things if you have the drive and passion.”
