Mari Pepin Shares Her Minimal Equipment Full-Body Workout Routine and Answers Fitness Questions
Fans first met Mari Pepin on Season 25 of “The Bachelor,” and we saw her find love with her fiancé Kenny Braasch on Season 7 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
And if you’ve been keeping up with Mari since her time on the shows, you know she’s been continuing to share her life with Bachelor Nation fans on social media.
Mari shares everything from her favorite recipes to what she eats in a day to her favorite workout routines.
This week, she shared her minimal equipment full-body workout and breaks down how you can exercise just like she does.
In the caption of her video, Mari shared what equipment you will need for this simple workout and revealed most of it can be done from home.

The Bachelor Nation star wrote that she uses “TRX straps (I have an over-the-door set from Amazon), dumbbells (whatever weight is comfy for you!), and a treadmill or you can sub for walking outside!”
She also noted her exercise schedule, adding, “I don’t do this every day! I do *parts* of it *almost* every day. So tonight I might do some of the ab exercises and tomorrow I might do some of the arms. Rarely do I actually do this entire routine from start to finish because it takes a while!”
Mari said she tries to take a cycling class every day, but if can’t, she does this routine at home.
Here’s Mari’s full-body workout:
- Warmup: 10 minute walk at speed 3 and incline 0 on treadmill
- 30 reps of rows on TRX bands (repeat 3x)
- 30 reps of push-ups on TRX bands (repeat 3x)
- 30 reps bicep curls with dumbbells (repeat 3x)
- 30 reps overhead press with dumbbells (repeat 3x)
- 30 reps tricep extensions with dumbbells (repeat 3x)
- 30 reps hammer curls with dumbbells (repeat 3x)
- 30 reps frontal raises with dumbbells (repeat 3x)
- 30 reps single leg squats with or without dumbbells (both sides)
- 30 reps squats with or without dumbbells (repeat 3x)
- 30 reps scissor kicks (repeat 3x)
- 30 reps top taps (repeat 3x)
- 30 reps Russian twists with or without dumbbells (repeat 3x)
- Plank for 1.5 minutes or more
- 20-minute walk on treadmill at incline of 12 and a speed of 3
- Cooldown: 10-minute walk at speed 2.5 and incline 0 on treadmill
And after sharing her workout, Mari took to the comments of her post to share a general note, writing, “Because we’re doing so many reps, the weights are kept low. If you’d rather do a shorter workout, up the weight and lower the reps or # of sets!”
