Kendall Long Shares Her No-Equipment-Needed HIIT Park Workout Routine

Bachelor Nation star Kendall Long is known for being a science enthusiast, taxidermy fan, artist, and author, but when she isn’t taking part in some of those hobbies, Kendall loves staying active!
Over the years, Kendall has shared photos from her adventures surfing, horseback riding, snowboarding, roller skating, and more, but not all of her forms of exercise are adventure-based.
Kendall just shared a great HIIT workout that is completely equipment-free that she does at the park.
The Bachelor Nation star took to Instagram and shared a video of her workout routine and wrote, “A lot of people have been asking me about my workout routine and aside from other things, I LOVE doing HIIT workouts! Here is a quick workout set I do at the park!!”
She also added that she likes to “bring my dog Pistachio along so he can hang out at the park and explore while I do a work out.”
Kendall shared her workout step by step and included video of her completing each of the exercises.
She noted, “It’s a hard workout but I’ve seen amazing results from it!”
So if you want to try Kendall’s HIIT workout, it goes as follows:
30 seconds each move
1 minute break between each set
Set:
- Reverse Lunge to High Knee
- Squats
- Standing Knee to Elbow Crunch
- Jumping Squats
- High Knees
- Push-up Dips
