EXCLUSIVE: Abigail Heringer & Noah Erb Share Advice for ‘Bachelor in Paradise’ Hopefuls
As Bachelor Nation fans know, Abigail Heringer and Noah Erb found love on the beaches of “Bachelor in Paradise” this past summer.
The two quickly hit it off and were one of the strongest couples on the beach throughout their experience.
They split up before leaving “Paradise” but found their way back to one another not long after their short breakup.
During a recent Q&A, the two shared the story of how they reconnected, with Noah reaching out to Abigail first.
Now, the couple is sitting down exclusively with BachelorNation.com and sharing some advice they have for this upcoming summer’s “Paradise” hopefuls.
Noah said, “Lose all of your expectations and don’t plan anything out.”

He also added, “The very few times you do get to sleep, before you go to bed, really take some time to think about how you truly feel. Things change nonstop.”
Abigail agreed with her boyfriend, saying, “Go in with no expectation and be open to everything and say yes to everything because someone might surprise you.”
Abigail also shared some advice for couples who leave “Paradise” together, saying, “If you leave with somebody, do everything you can to be committed to that relationship. Don’t half-ass it when you leave ‘Paradise.’ It’s a weird transition, but we’ve been able to make it work because we’ve put in the time and the effort afterwards.”
