Angela Amezcua Shares Her Mom’s Recipe for Mouthwatering Baked Mac and Cheese

Angela took to social media to share a photo of her homemade baked macaroni and cheese recipe that has Bachelor Nation fans drooling!
And not only did she share a photo of this deliciousness, she also posted a video where she gives step-by-step instructions on how to whip up this dish.
Plus, Angela shared that it’s her mom’s original recipe from when she was in middle school. How sweet and perfect for Mother’s Day!

Ingredients:
1.5 cups elbow macaroni
4 tablespoons salted butter
3 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
1 lb. Colby longhorn cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 F.
- Boil macaroni.
- Melt butter over medium heat.
- Add flour to butter and stir constantly.
- Once flour is mixed in, add the 2 cups of milk to the mixture.
- Add in 2 to 3 slices of cheese while stirring the sauce until it’s bubbling and thickened.
- Add cooked macaroni to the cheesy sauce mixture until it’s coated.
- Add noodles and cheese sauce to baking pan and cover with another layer of cheese slices.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
- Serve and enjoy!
