Whitney Fransway, from Season 21 of “The Bachelor” and Season 6 of “Bachelor in Paradise,” has the perfect spring recipe that’s a healthier spin on a sweet treat. Desserts can often be packed with processed sugars, heavy creams, and other ingredients that may leave you feeling sluggish. But Whitney’s recipe for gluten-free, dairy-free, and low-sugar carrot cake tastes delicious without all the highly processed ingredients. The Bachelor Nation star took to Instagram to share a video of the finished cake along with the ingredients and instructions for making it yourself. Check out the full recipe below!
