‘The Bachelorette’s’ Ethan Reveals If He Stands By His ‘Baby Back B*tch’ Comment About Tino

If you watched this week’s episode of “The Bachelorette,” you saw Tino break down after not receiving Rachel’s group date rose.
He won the day portion of the date and had a great conversation with Rachel, but her group date rose ultimately went to Tyler.
Tino stormed out after Tyler received the rose and discussed how he “deserved” the rose from Rachel and how he was disappointed.
After Tino stormed off, Ethan was heard calling him a “baby back b*tch” and the internet couldn’t stop talking about this moment.
Now, Ethan is stopping by the “Click Bait with Bachelor Nation” podcast, where he dished on this moment and revealed whether he stands by that comment.

Ethan said it was clear to him throughout the process that Rachel had strong feelings for Tino and Zach, but didn’t let that stop him from trying to explore his connection with her.
So when Tino got upset over not getting one group date rose, Ethan called him out.
Ethan said, “We were sitting there and thinking that every time he’s gotten a rose, we all said congrats and we were super supportive. So when he did that, we were all thinking it was a little selfish. And as I was walking away talking, I was just like ‘He’s acting like a baby back b*tch.’”
He went on and explained, “Next thing I know, I turned around and all these cameras were following us. I was like, ‘Oh no, I had a bad feeling then that they were going to air that, and I’m screwed. I’m glad that it got portrayed in the proper light because I do stand by that statement at that moment in that context. I should watch my language a little, though!”

“Click Bait” co-host Joe Amabile asked Ethan if he spoke to Rachel at all about Tino’s behavior and he revealed that he didn’t think it was his place.
Ethan said, “She didn’t know about the antics he pulled that day, like when he got up off the couch, left us sitting there, and was pouting. But I knew that I wasn’t going to go to her and affect that relationship. That was for her to figure out.”
