One-on-One Date: Exploring Munich
For her first one-on-one date in Germany, Des invited Chris to explore Munich with her. The two went on a sightseeing tour of the heart of the old city. They sampled sausages, danced to German music from a polka band, and went into a Rathskeller to try beers. For an extra layer of fun, Des and Chris used a paper map and enjoyed the adventure of finding their way around. For the night portion of their date, they were treated to a private dinner at Munich Risedenz, where they were also serenaded by pop rock star Matt White.
Group Date: Take Your Love to New Heights
For her group date in Germany, Desiree took seven of her men to the German Alps. They met in Zugspitze, where they took a gondola to the highest peak in all of Germany. At the top of the peak, they were taught how to yodel by a local pro. Eventually, they headed back on sleds down a black diamond ski slope. At the bottom, the guys made snow angels and started a snowball fight with Des and each other. Later that day, they came across a spectacular igloo hotel that is completely carved out of snow and ice. They cheersed their beer and enjoyed soft pretzels in the igloo! Sounds like a perfect day in Germany!
