Astrid Loch Shares IVF Update and Shows Photos from Their Embryo Transfer: ‘Fingers Crossed’

Bachelor Nation stars Astrid Loch and Kevin Wendt met on Season 5 of “Bachelor in Paradise,” and the two welcomed their first child together in 2021.
And last month, the couple stopped by the “Click Bait with Bachelor Nation” podcast, where they opened up about starting the IVF process again.
Kevin and Astrid shared that they’d be doing another IVF transfer in January, with Kevin saying, “Hopefully we have a second by September, fingers crossed. We have two embryos left. We have two cracks at it for hopefully a sibling for August.”
Now, Astrid just shared an update on how their embryo transfer went.
The mom took to Instagram and shared photos of the embryo. Alongside the pics, she wrote, “Not a pregnancy announcement (yet) but today was transfer day so we’re holding our breath and keeping our fingers crossed.”

Astrid went on, saying, “Last time this all felt much harder to share, there was so much more fear, but you guys have been an incredible community so this time I’m taking you along for the ride. The first pic is little embryo chilling. Pics 2 & 3 are a glimpse at the meds and injections, and the last video is the moment our embryo was transferred.”
She ended her post writing, “Now we wait.”
