Spilling the tea!

Bachelor Nation couple Matt James and Rachael Kirkconnell found love on Season 25 of “The Bachelor.”

Before their time on “The Bachelor” and “The Bachelorette,” Matt James was longtime best friends with fellow Bachelor Nation fan favorite Tyler Cameron.

And after Matt and Rachael became a couple from meeting on the show, it seemed that tensions arose between Matt’s BFF Tyler and his girlfriend Rachael.

Now, the three of them are sitting down and finally discussing the alleged beef for the first time.

Matt and Rachael stopped by for an appearance on Tyler’s “Everybody But Me” radio show.

Tyler got right to it and asked Rachael where she thinks the beef rumors started, and she said, “Definitely with you, for sure! You were doing interviews left and right, just throwing me under the bus and saying I’m the ‘the old ball and chain.’ Actually, I take that back! Matt started the beef!”

Matt agreed and chimed in, saying, “I’ll tell you where the beef started. So basically, I hadn’t had a girlfriend, like, a serious, committed relationship, in years. So coming off of ‘The Bachelor,’ I didn’t know what it meant to be a boyfriend yet. My boyfriend/girlfriend was still technically Tyler.”

The former Bachelor went on, saying, “I didn’t know that, like, I had to spend more time with Rachael than Tyler yet and include you in things.”

Rachael added that the three of them could’ve spent time together, but Matt shared, “I know, but at the time, I didn’t know I had to include Rachael in those things. And I was doing boyfriend-girlfriend things with TC still.”

Matt admitted that he was spending more time with Tyler and wasn’t giving his girlfriend equal time together at first.

He said that he was guilty of messing up their friendship at the beginning of his relationship with Rachael and it didn’t help when he went on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen” and confessed that Tyler and Rachael had a “love-hate relationship.”

Rachael and Tyler went on and discussed how their relationship also got strained when Rachael was showing Tyler some tough love about the choices he was making, like partying a little too much.

In hindsight, Tyler said he can admit Rachael was “1,000 percent right and in the right” and she was just “looking out” for him.

Tyler and Rachael shared that they now have a brother-sister kind of bond, and we’re so glad to see that they are all on such good terms.
