Davia Bunch Reveals Biggest Lesson from ‘The Bachelor’ and What She’s Looking For in a Partner

Bachelor Nation fans got to know Davia Bunch on Season 27 of “The Bachelor,” and she’s kept us up with her life on social media since her time on the show.
This week, Davia took to Instagram for a Q&A where she answered fan questions about “The Bachelor,” dating, and more.
One person asked Davia what the biggest lesson she learned from “The Bachelor” is.
She said, “I learned to be open with your feelings early on. I can be a very, very guarded person, so I don’t think I even told Zach that I liked him. So if you feel it, say it! I also learned that words hold a lot of weight, so in reverse, don’t say it if you don’t feel it.”
And while things didn’t work out between Davia and Zach, she did reveal what qualities she’s looking for in a partner.

Davia said she’s looking for “someone who is honest. Someone who isn’t afraid to embarrass themselves with friends. Someone who challenges my thoughts and opinions of the world and teaches me new things. Someone who is hardworking and passionate about their job and people.”
She went on, saying she wants to meet someone “who believes in me and can understand my past and where I come from. My very complicated upbringing has resulted in a very complicated healing journey, which I need someone to understand. I’m not perfect and I hope someone can love me for that. And someone who lives a healthy lifestyle — workout buddy for life!”

Another fan asked Davia if she could see herself with a guy from Bachelor Nation, and she responded in Russian, writing, “I don’t know…” but didn’t tease any more for now.
Davia also shared that going on “The Bachelor” was one of her first experiences getting back into dating after a seven-year relationship that recently ended.
So she said she’s being intentional with her time and energy and knows what she’s looking for.
