Caila Quinn Shows Off 3-Week Postpartum Body and Shares Message for New Moms
A message for mamas!
Fans first met Caila Quinn Burrello on Season 20 of “The Bachelor,” and she continued her journey on Season 3 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
While Caila didn’t meet “The One” on-screen, she ended up meeting her now-husband off-screen. Caila married the love of her life, Nick Burrello, in May 2021.
And the two just welcomed their first child together, their daughter Teddi, on March 30!
Now, the new mom just took to Instagram and shared an important message for other new mamas.

Alongside a video compilation of her postpartum belly and sweet moments with her daughter, Caila wrote, “Dear first time mom, your body spent the last nine months making a human. It grew and stretched to create life. A beautiful baby. Be gentle with yourself. Healing takes time.”
Caila also shared moments on her Instagram Stories of their very first family walk and wrote, “FAMILY TIME!” with red heart emojis.
Many of Caila’s followers flooded the comments of her posts showing the new mama love as she embraces her postpartum body.
One person wrote, “Ok crying cause this is SO BEAUTIFUL!!” and another said, “Gorgeous! Love you and this reminder mama.”
