Susie Evans Shares What She Learned from Past Relationship and How to Not Compare Herself to Others

Bachelor Nation fans saw Susie Evans and Clayton Echard find love on Season 26 of “The Bachelor,” and after the show, they moved in together in Virginia.
Susie and Clayton eventually split last October but have been continuing to support each other on social media since their breakup.
Now, Susie is living in Los Angeles and just shared an update with her followers about her past relationships and how she keeps herself from comparing to others.
One fan asked Susie how she doesn’t compare herself to others because they feel behind after just getting out of a long-term relationship.
Susie got candid with her answer, saying, “I turn 30 in August so I understand this mentality can creep in. First of all, would you rather have just married that guy and been stuck unhappily for life (or divorced in 10 yrs) but been on a similar timeline to your friends? Of course not! You're so lucky that you guys figured iron out now and you’re at an incredible age to take time for yourself to heal and love yourself single!”
The Bachelor Nation star went on, saying, “Then when the timing is right, get back out there and date intentionally! Alsooo 28 is young!!! 30 is young!!! It’s all a mentality and comparison is the thief of joy. I look to a lot of my married friends as the goal of what I want for myself. I admire their love and relationships and seek out the kind of guys that are capable of loving me the way my besties husbands love them! you got this!”

Another fan asked Susie what she learned from her past relationship to take to her next one, and she poked some fun with this answer saying, “I learned how to dance to hip hop…”
Susie also shared how she misses her old roomies, fellow Bachelor Nation stars Andrew Spencer and Justin Glaze.
She said, “I miss themmmm! We are all in different cities currently, hopefully we’ll have a reunion soon!”
