Bio

Tayshia Adams is a television personality best known for her appearances on the 23rd season of "The Bachelor," the 6th season of "Bachelor in Paradise," and as the lead on season 16 of "The Bachelorette." Since then, she's also co-hosted seasons 17 and 18 of "The Bachelorette." Born and raised in Orange County, California, Tayshia is your not-so-basic girl next door who loves a little adrenaline and champagne, but never misses church on Sundays.

Despite studying to become a medical professional, Tayshia discovered her true passion in enhancing the lives of others through the wellness and beauty space. She loves boxing and working out just as much as she enjoys sharing her fitness routines with her fans. From launching her own clothing line collaboration during quarantine to training for a marathon - all while never losing her radiant smile - Tayshia might just be the energy we all need.

In her free time, Tayshia loves to travel and learn about different cultures while appreciating architecture and interior design. She enjoys hosting dinner parties with her best friends where dancing is always on the menu, and most importantly, she loves spending time with her family. Tayshia is an active volunteer in her church community, as well as for Feeding America and other local organizations.
