Jamie & Rudi Chug Honey to Prepare for Performances on 'Listen to Your Heart'
Silence is golden, but so is honey.
Jamie and Rudi went to great lengths to ensure their voices would be in tip-top shape for the first performances of the season on "The Bachelor Presents: Listen to Your Heart."
In a new extended scene, the two singers walk into the Bachelor Mansion kitchen looking for something to eat for breakfast. Jamie expressed she felt "really nervous" about the show that evening and wanted to "rest my voice."
The next thing we know, Rudi stands over Jamie and pours a lot of honey into Jamie's mouth. After several seconds, Rudi laughs and says, "That's a lot!" and Jamie stands up, nearly gagging.
"Oh, my God! That's disgusting!" Jamie yells before getting ready to squeeze honey into Rudi's mouth.
Meanwhile, Matt, Rudi's singing and romantic partner on the show, stares at them completely nonchalantly and shakes his head. Jamie once again asserts, "That's terrible!" and Rudi spits up most of her honey.
Jamie hopes that the honey experiment will help her "sing better," and the two friends can't get over how "terrible" the idea was to chug honey in the first place.
As it turns out, their kitchen adventure that morning benefited them later in the evening during the show — both Rudi and Jamie received high praise from the judges for their duets with their respective partners.
