Jessica Clarke Shares First Peek Inside Her New Home with Ben Higgins
Home, sweet home! Ben Higgins’ fiancée, Jessica Clarke, took to Instagram on Tuesday to share the first look inside the house they recently purchased together in Denver, Colorado.
“Last week I started the moving process to Colorado and into our FIRST HOME!” the aspiring esthetician wrote alongside a photo of herself and Ben snuggling up together in front of a gorgeous fireplace.
“The house is empty, but it’s ours!” she added. “I’ll be living in it and making it into our little home until Ben joins me after the wedding. I can’t wait to share all of the little projects.”

Jessica’s post comes just days after it was revealed that she relocated from Nashville, Tennessee, to Denver so she could be closer to Ben. As she mentioned in her caption, the couple — who got engaged in March — will be living separately for the time being.
Earlier this year, Ben said in an interview with Nick Viall for “Viall Files” that he and Jessica made a commitment to sleep in separate beds and remain abstinent until after their wedding ceremony (which is tentatively planned to take place in 2021).
“When it comes to separate beds and not living together, it wasn’t originally planned this way when we thought we were going to get married [in 2020], but it’s something we’ve found has been helpful for us as a couple and we’re going to stick to it,” Ben told “E! News,” explaining his decision to stay put at his current house without Jessica. “I’m not saying everybody has to do it, but it’s been good for us.”
