“UnHung Hero” documentarian Patrick Moote stopped by “Talking It Out” to chat with Mike Johnson and Bryan Abasolo about his 2013 film, which explores his quest to find out whether women really care about penis size.

During the episode, the Bachelor Nation podcast co-hosts reflected on their conversation with Patrick and what they learned about masculinity after watching “UnHung Hero.”

“Essentially, you don’t have to have a big penis to have that BDE,” Bryan said, recalling the portion of his interview with Patrick that focused on “big d--k energy.”

“BDE is a vibe,” the handsome Miami-based chiropractor continued. “It’s a swagger, it’s confidence.”

Mike agreed, telling Bryan that he believes “BDE” even transcends gender.

“It’s hot girl s--t. That’s what it is. It is hot girl s--t,” Mike said, using rapper Megan Thee Stallion’s ubiquitous phrase.

“It’s just like what Patrick said. Remember what he said at the beginning of the podcast, at the top, he had a mindset. He had SDE, small d--k energy. It was a whole mindset,” the “Making the Love You Want” author continued. “Girls can sniff that out. They can sniff out if you don’t have BDE.”

Mike elaborated, “BDE, big d--k energy, is basically just confidence. Anybody, male or woman, no matter whatever the case may be, you can sniff out if somebody is confident or not. No one wants small d--k energy. No one wants small d--k energy!”

Elsewhere, Bryan lauded Patrick for the confidence he gained from simply shifting his outlook.

“It’s interesting, in the documentary — the c--k-umentary, excuse me — he pretty much pulled a 180. He was super insecure in the beginning and then he basically got to a point where it’s like, ‘You know what? This is what I was blessed with. Who cares if it’s small? It is what it is. I’m gonna maximize what I got,’” Bryan said. “That’s a lesson in life.”

He added, “You’ve got one body, one package. Just work with it, you know what I’m saying? Have the confidence that you’re the baddest person on the planet. Who cares what size it is?”
