There’s a reason they call him “Dr. Abs”!
Bryan Abasolo took to social media on Wednesday to let it be known that he has officially joined TikTok — and his first video on the platform is a tutorial detailing three go-to exercises to help you feel your best this summer.
The clip begins with a shirtless Bryan — showing off his washboard abs in nothing but a pair of gray shorts — announcing a series of moves to strengthen your core and, as he notes, “burn body fat.”
The “Talking It Out” podcast co-host then demonstrates the following exercises: mountain climbers (3 sets of 30), plank jacks (3 sets of 30), and plank to push-ups (3 sets of 20).
Bryan — who recently moved from his native Miami to live in Los Angeles with his wife, Season 13 Bachelorette Rachel Lindsay — is a licensed chiropractor in Florida and California, as well as a certified nutrition specialist and personal trainer.
