DeAnna Stagliano Shares Her Recipe for Homemade Vodka Sauce and OMG, We're Drooling
Raise your hand if you’re also trying to score a dinner invite from DeAnna Stagliano!
The Season 4 Bachelorette took to Instagram this week to share her drool-worthy recipe for homemade vodka sauce. “Homemade vodka sauce is the easiest & perfect dinner if you’re craving pasta!” she wrote alongside a video tutorial.
DeAnna also broke down the recipe’s simple steps in her caption.
“Sauté a chopped onion, add 4 cloves of garlic…minced, about a cup of vodka & deglaze. Then add a 28oz high end can of crushed tomatoes,” she continued. “Don’t cut the cost here, it’s worth it! Simmer & then add a 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream. Serve on your favorite pasta! Bon Appetit.”

DeAnna’s pasta-inspired post comes just days after she appeared on “Click Bait with Bachelor Nation,” during which she opened up to Tayshia Adams and guest co-hosts Mike Johnson and Bibiana Julian about her time leading the franchise in 2008.
“I was on a very long time ago, but I remember on night one, this grown man came in wearing a Speedo with my name on his rear end and then jumped in the pool,” she recounted, referring to contestant Paul, a sales manager from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. “I was mortified. I was like, ‘Oh my God, someone get him his clothes!’ I’m also a rule follower and a prude probably, so I was like, ‘Oh my God, this boy is naked!’”
DeAnna elaborated, “I’m a huge fan of people who can just come out of the limo and truly be themselves and own that confidence when they walk out. Yeah, maybe introduce yourself and say something funny, but I’m just a huge fan of somebody who doesn’t need the extra humor and silliness that comes along with introductions.”
As viewers will recall, DeAnna’s “Bachelorette” journey ended with a brief engagement to Jesse Csincsak. Years later, she married Stephen Stagliano, whose brother competed on Season 5 of “The Bachelorette,” in Georgia in 2012. The couple — who reside in Southern California — share daughter Addison, 7, and son Austin, 5.
