Catherine Lowe Explains Why She Is 'Grateful' for Her Body in Inspiring Posts
Catherine Lowe is here to remind you that every body is beautiful — and not for how they look but for how they function.
The Bachelor Nation star took to her Instagram Story on Tuesday to share the following quote from Twitter user @ramencult: “I wish mainstream body positivity focused less on ‘every body looks good’ and more on ‘your body does not exist for the purpose of being looked at.’”
In another slide, Catherine shared a photo of herself smiling wide while holding her 18-month-old daughter, Mia, whom she shares with husband Sean Lowe.
“This strong body birthed three children,” wrote the proud mom, who also shares sons Samuel, 5, and Isaiah, 3, with Sean. “Ran a marathon. Climbed mountains. Countless things.”
She concluded, “I am grateful for this body.”
