And now, Tia is sitting down with BachelorNation.com for an exclusive interview about her favorite holiday foods and traditions.
Check out the Bachelor Nation star’s entire interview — including her family’s famous recipe they always fight over — below!
Bachelor Nation: Happy holidays, Tia! Do you have a favorite sweet holiday recipe to make?
Tia Booth: Thank you, you too! I have a few go-tos. Sweet potato casserole and pecan pie! Not sure the exact recipe because I measure with love, but both involve pecans (obvi — the pie) and lots of butter.

BN: Lots of butter, noted! Those both sound delicious. What about a favorite recipe for Christmas?
TB: My mom’s green bean bundles. If I could add the heart eye emoji here I would. You take seven to eight whole green beans (canned), wrap in a piece of bacon, stick a toothpick in to hold together, then mix a whole stick of melted butter and a cup of brown sugar to pour over. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Goodbye.
BN: Wow, that sounds incredible. Gonna have to try those green bean bundles! Do you have a favorite holiday food?
TB: The sides are always better than the turkey or the ham. There, I said it. Anything Southern and unhealthy is my favorite!
BN: Yes, the sides are always where it’s at! Did you have a favorite holiday food to eat/make while growing up?
TB: I always helped make the deviled eggs. I HATED them, but it was always tradition to make them with my aunt Carol.
BN: That’s sweet! Speaking of traditions, what is your favorite holiday tradition that you do with your family?
TB: Christmas brunch! All the kids open their presents, then everyone gets together for holy mimosas and cinnamon rolls.

BN: Holy mimosas and cinnamon rolls sound like the perfect pairing. Is there a dish your family makes that you incorporate into the holidays?
TB: My family has passed down a famous “noodles” recipe that is similar to chicken and dumplings, but better. The ingredients are just eggs, flour, seasonings, and chicken broth, but my family seriously fights over them. I swear my mom puts some secret ingredient in that she doesn’t tell us.
BN: Oh, when you find out that secret ingredient, you’ve gotta let us know! Last but not least, do you always go back for seconds and leave room for dessert?
TB: Every single time!
