Abigail Heringer Shares Advice for Potential Couples Who Come off ‘Bachelor in Paradise’ Season 8

Bachelor Nation star Abigail Heringer famously met her boyfriend Noah Erb on Season 7 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
The two faced their highs and lows in “Paradise,” but have stood the test of time and have been going strong ever since.
Now, during a recent Instagram Q&A, Abigail responded to a fan who asked if she has any advice for future “Paradise” couples coming off the show.
Alongside a sweet photo with Noah, she wrote, “The time before the show airs is special. Enjoy the privacy before the craziness! See each other as much as you can and solidify your relationship before the world has access to it.”
She went on and shared why watching the show back was challenging for her.

Abigail said, “The show airing was the hardest part for me. People had opinions, psychoanalysis, and criticized me and our relationship based on an edited show. I took it too personally.”
The Bachelor Nation star shared how Noah helped her through those more difficult moments.
Abigail explained that, “Noah always said, ‘It’s our relationship and our life, who cares what other people think?’ and that’s always stuck with me. So I guess my advice would be to try to block out the noise as much as possible and just enjoy this exciting new chapter with your person!”
