Astrid Loch & Kevin Wendt Share They’re Expecting Baby No. 2: ‘Results Came Back POSITIVE’
Celebrations are in order!
Bachelor Nation stars Astrid Loch and Kevin Wendt met on Season 5 of “Bachelor in Paradise,” and the two welcomed their first child together in 2021.
And earlier this month, the two shared that they were undergoing IVF again and completed their first embryo transfer.
At the time, Astrid shared a photo of the embryo and wrote, “Not a pregnancy announcement (yet) but today was transfer day so we’re holding our breath and keeping our fingers crossed.”

Now, just in time for Kevin’s birthday, Astrid shared another major update.
Alongside a photo of her husband blowing out his birthday candles, Astrid said, “BABY DADDY time two! test results came back POSITIVE so we’re celebrating @kevin.c.wendt birthday a day early thank you to everyone who sent sweet messages and checked it, it means the world.”
Kevin also posted a photo with the positive pregnancy test and wrote, "Happy birthday to me! Auggy is going to be a big brother this fall!! Who would have thought the best birthday gift I ever got was pee on a stick."

He went on saying, "Sharing the good news at only 4 weeks isn’t something you see often, but sharing a couples struggle to conceive usually isn’t either, and we wanted to be transparent this time around as we headed into another round of IVF. So fingers crossed this pregnancy is smooth sailing from here as we continue to try and grow our little Wendt gang.
We are so happy for Kevin and Astrid as they continue on the journey to expand their family.
Astrid also shared a sweet video compilation of the two of them for Kevin’s 39th birthday and wrote, “HAPPY BIRTHDAY SUGAR D. Almost half a decade of memories with you & somehow every day keeps getting better. through the good times & bad times you’re my rock, my best friend, my everything. celebrating you is truly easy & our family is so lucky to have you.”
