Peyton Lambton Celebrates 9 Years of Marriage with Husband Chris in Sweet Tribute

Nine years on cloud nine! Peyton Lambton commemorated nine years of marriage with husband Chris Lambton in a sweet Instagram tribute shared on Wednesday.
“It only took him 9 years to stop questioning my constant need to do projects and rearrange furniture,” Peyton joked in her caption, accompanied by a slideshow of stunning photos from the couple’s wedding day, which took place at Wild Dunes Resort in Isle of Palms, South Carolina.
“Happy anniversary @chrislambton13!” she added.
Over on his Instagram Story, Chris revealed that he and Peyton were celebrating their special day with an “anniversary lunch” at Sesuit Harbor Café in Dennis, Massachusetts, near their home in Cape Cod.
As fans are well aware, the beloved Bachelor Nation duo — who share daughter Lyla, 4, and son Hayes, 2 — didn’t appear together on any shows within the franchise. Their love story began after Peyton’s fellow “Bachelor Pad” contestant Jesse Beck, who was on Ali Fedotowsky’s season of “The Bachelorette” with Chris, introduced the pair years ago at an event in North Carolina.
When the recap of Ali’s season aired on “The Bachelor: The Greatest Seasons — Ever!” in the summer of 2020, Peyton thanked the Season 6 lead for “not choosing” Chris via social media.
“Thank you to my amazing husband @chrislambton13 for being exactly who I know you are then and now,” she wrote on Instagram at the time. “Thank you to @alifedotowsky for not choosing him and for being so graceful with his exit. Thank you to @chrisbharrison and the entire @bachelorabc @bacheloretteabc franchise for putting this all in motion for us.”
She concluded, “Without the show I’m not sure our paths would have ever crossed.”
