Pieper James gave Bachelor Nation an exciting update about her modeling career on Tuesday. The stunning “Bachelor” Season 25 alum headed over to her Instagram Story to let it be known that she now has representation in her new home of New York City.
“Officially an NYC model!!” she wrote, accompanied by a post from her mother agency, Q6 Models.
The organization’s post included a breathtaking photo of Pieper and the following caption: “Yay Pieper!! Now signed with @empoweredmodelmanagement in New York City!”
Pieper’s announcement comes one month after she made the move to the city from her native Happy Valley, Oregon.
“Waving the cheesiest of goodbyes to Oregon!” she wrote in an April Instagram post. “On to new and exciting adventures.”
Pieper continued, “I’ve lived in Oregon my whole life, while it’s been an amazing place to live, I’m excited for a change. I’ll miss my friends and family who live on the West Coast. I’ll miss hiking in the summer and I’ll miss driving.”
However, as Pieper explained, the thrill of starting over in the concrete jungle outweighed any sadness she may have had about her cross-country move: “It’s easy to think about everything I’m leaving, but it’s more fun to think all about the new memories I’m going to make in NYC!”
As fans have seen on social media, Pieper has made the most of her short time in New York City by frequently hanging out with her Big Apple-based “Bachelor” castmates, including Chelsea Vaughn, Kit Keenan, and Abigail Heringer, among others.
Pieper’s relocation is a dream come true for the gorgeous grad student. In a March interview with BachelorNation.com, the franchise star revealed that she had wanted to become a New Yorker in the near future.
Asked where she saw herself in five years, Pieper responded, “Living my best life in NYC and in a happy, healthy relationship.”
